There is not the immediate requirement to produce large amounts of complex analysis.
Purpose:
To work within our Insight team in support of providing leads * data to the business for use in the acquisition of new personal lines insurance policies. (Currently, this is mainly both Home and Motor insurance)
Responsibilities
To generate extracts for onward supply to third parties to support Direct Mailing campaigns.
Applying data processing procedures to received * input data.
The provision of Management Information in line with agreed service standards.
With guidance, providing appropriate customer information in response to specific queries raised by internal customers.
Updating suppression tables using data received from external and internal data providers.
Coordinating historical document storage and supply.
Assisting with overall resource management, ensuring we do not exceed capacity.
Skills
Experience of working with Relational Databases and writing SQL queries
Database and Spreadsheet Skills (Access and Excel)
Basic ability to program and run code in Base SAS
High level of Accuracy and Attention to Detail
Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
